    Quality Interactions was the first vendor approved by the Oregon Health Authority to provide Cultural Competence Continuing Education (CCCE) Training. Each professional board in Oregon determines the amount of CCCE hours required every license renewal period. Choose from OHA-approved courses or course bundles to meet requirements for:

  • 1 CE contact hour

    The following professions will meet their training requirements with any one OHA-approved course from Quality Interactions:

    • Physical Therapists
    • Physical Therapist Assistants
    • Massage Therapists
    • Emergency Medical Responders (EMR)

  • 2 CE contact hours

    The following professions can meet their CCCE mandate with two hours of Quality Interactions training:
